Slow Set MegaStrength PU Adhesive presents excellent water resistance (D4 classification according to EN 204 and 205 standards).
Used for the bonding of various insulating materials (expanded or extruded polystyrene, polyurethane foam, phenolic foam, mineral wool panels) on wood, pressed wood, plaster boards, concrete or stone, and to bond wood to wood. For difficult materials like metals, polyester or PVC, it is necessary to make tests beforehand. Slow Set MegaStrength PU Adhesive must not be used in toys and childcare articles which can be placed in the mouth by children.
Installation of the 22mm Floor Board No More Ply:
1. Cut Boards to Size.
2. Stick Boards to Joists.
3. Secure with screws.
4. Apply Slow Set Mega Strength Adhesive to grooves.
Appearance: Thixotropic Paste.
Colour: Milky.
Viscosity At 20°C: Brookfield RVT 7/5rpm:400,000 + 100,000 mPa.s.
Density At 20°C: 1.07 + 0.02.
Skin Formation Time At 20°C And 65% RH: 10 To 15 Min.
Open Time At 20°C And 65% RH: 10 Min.
Pressing Time At 20°C And 65% RH: 1 Hour.
Final Setting Time At 20°C: 24 Hours.
Temperature Resistance: -30 To +100°C.
Consumption: 150 to 250 g/m² depending on application method and materials to be bonded.
Storage: 12 months in closed original packaging stored at a temperature between 5 and 25°C. In cold weather, store the packaging at about 20°C before use. Keep out of reach of children.
