Schlüter®-KERDI-COLL is a two-component sealant adhesive based on a solvent-free acrylate dispersion and a reactive cementitious powder.
It is suitable for adhering and sealing overlaps of Schlüter®-KERDI membranes. In addition, Schlüter®-KERDI-COLL can be used to tightly adhere the sealing band Schlüter®-KERDI-KEBA on Schlüter®-KERDI and Schlüter®-DITRA 25 as well as on Schlüter®-BARA edging profiles. In conjunction with the materials Schlüter®-KERDI, Schlüter®- DITRA, Schlüter®-DITRA-HEAT or Schlüter®-KERDI-BOARD and the associated Schlüter®-KERDI-KEBA, this results in certified bonded waterproofing assemblies.
This construction, in conjunction with Schlüter®-KERDI or Schlüter®-DITRA 25 and the corresponding sealing band Schlüter®- KERDI-KEBA, results in a waterproofing assembly that meets the requirements of moisture categories 0-B0 of the German ZDB Information Sheet and the requirements of construction categories A1, A2, B and C for German building permits.
Schlüter®-KERDI-COLL-L
- Supplied unit: Two-component sealing adhesive in a combined package, available in size 4.25 kg (large package) or 1.85 kg (small).
- The package consists of:
(Small) 0.75 kg acrylate dispersion Schlüter®-KERDI-COLL-A & 1.10 kg reactive powder Schlüter®-KERDI-COLL-RL.
(Large) 1.75 kg acrylate dispersion Schlüter®-KERDI-COLL-A & 2.50 kg reactive powder Schlüter®-KERDI-COLL-RL.
- Processing time: (20/30 °C) approx. 90/60 min.
Curing time: (20 °C) approx. 2 hours with air exposure, approx. 4 hours below Schlüter®-KERDI-KEBA.
Storage: sealed original containers can be stored for approx. 12 months in dry and frost-protected conditions.
