DIRECTIONS: Use as is. Test in obscure area to determine suitability for the intended use. Surface should be
clean, dry and free from any waxes, coatings or finishes. Protect any painted or stained surface adjacent to
application area. Apply to surface in a thin, even coat with a pump, airless sprayer, brush, cloth, mop or roller.
One coat is normally sufficient, but a second coat is recommended on more porous surfaces or heavy walkway
areas to ensure complete coverage. Allow 20 minutes between coats. With some highly polished surfaces, such
as granite or marble, an initial coat, followed by a light coat is recommended. Before the second coat is dry, buff
with a clean cloth. Drying time on a treated surface is approximately 20 minutes, but for optimum results, the
treated area should be kept dry and free from soils for at least 24 hours.

APPLICATION ON DRY OR DAMP GROUT: On dry grout, make sure grout is clean and apply an even coat of
sealer. For damp grout allow at least 20 minutes after completion before applying sealer. Sealastone will not
affect grout’s natural curing time. Curing time of sealer will be the same as the manufacturer’s stated time for the
grout or treated material.

PRE-GROUT SEALER/GROUT RELEASE: Use as a grout release prior to grouting to prevent grout stains and
facilitate grout cleanup.

MAINTENANCE: To clean treated areas, simply use water and mild detergent. Do not use harsh cleaning agents
such as abrasive powders, ammonia, acids or bleach.

COVERAGE: 1 Litre will cover approximately up to 40m2 depending on the material to be treated and method of
application.

HANDLING & STORAGE: Store and apply at temperatures between 40ºF (4ºC) and 90ºF(32ºC). Store in original
container, keeping container tightly closed when not in use.
