TILE TRIX  presents a new tiling tool for the everyday tiling task, the pushing in of tile spacers into the joints between tiles. 

The Tile Spacer Punch stops the twisting of spacers in tile joints, creating neat and even grout lines, and ensures the removal of spacers not required before grouting as it sets spacers deep enough to be grouted over. 

Use as a wedge while pegging spacers using bevelled tiles. Will not chip tile edges, which happens every so often while using "make do tools".

Use the punch to bang in spacers slightly showing through the grouted surface while grouting.

1: The punch is shaped like a spacer, ensuring even pressure is placed on the arms of tile spacers.
NO TWISTING. 

2: There is a notch on the spacer to use as a gauge to ensure spacers are pushed to a suitable depth which allows grout to
BOND PROPERLY.

3: The punch tapers from the handle to the tip creating a wedge effect ensuring no direct hard pressure is applied to tile edges. 
NO CHIPPING OR DAMAGE TO TILES. 

4: The punch may be modified to suit T-shaped spacers, by simply grinding off an arm of the punch and to suit a uniform depth for pushing spacers in as you tile, by shortening the arms in the same manner. Although this is not necessary as a simple adjustment of a finger on the front rim to create  a stop point works great.

5: The notch may be used to apply a rubber band ie. a loom band doubled up set into the notch creates a stop point.
