Bucket set, consisting of a 2-component sealant, wedi Tools sealing tape and wedi Tools inner sealing corners for flexible joint sealing.
Applications For sealing of joints in wet areas - but especially for sealing the whole perimeter of wedi Fundo shower elements and for waterproof sealing of wedi to non-wedi joints.
Product Properties:
- Waterproof and frost-resistant, for universal indoor and outdoor use.
- Ageing-resistant, unaffected by environmental influences.
- Crack-bridging, provides good protection against subsequent surface cracking.
Application:
Pour the liquid component into the bucket supplied and use a hand-held mixing machine to mix with the lump-free powder until a homogeneous processing consistency is achieved. Using a trowel, apply to the whole surface of the joints as a scratch layer. Use wedi sealing tape in the first layer and cover fully with the second layer.

Powder Component: Special cement mortar with selected additives
Liquid Component: Modified acrylate dispersion
Measuring Time: approx. 3 minutes
Processing Time:
- approx. 45 minutes (at +20°C/50% rel. humidity)
- Higher temperatures and humidity will reduce the specified times, lower temperatures will extend them.
Processing Temperature: +5°C to +25°C
Rain Resistance:
- (at + 20°C and 50% relative humidity)
- Can be walked on after approx. 6 hours
- Ceramic covers can be applied after approx. 12 hours
- Can be exposed to contact with water after approx. 3 days
Consumption: Sufficient for approx. 10m of joint seals.
Storage: Store dry and frost-free, closed in original container; can be stored for 12 months.
