CEMBOND-MAX Strength Adhesive is a revolutionary, solvent-free hybrid polymer adhesive that provides an exceptional solution for all your bonding and sealing requirements. It utilises the latest polymer technology, offering outstanding UV resistance and primer-less adhesion to most substrates. Once cured, it forms a robust and flexible sealant capable of withstanding harsh conditions while resisting abrasion, oil, and solvents.

In the construction industry, CEMBOND-MAX Strength Adhesive is ideal for the perimeter sealing of CemBacker boards and sealing expansion and construction joints. It can be used on moist surfaces. Additionally, this product finds suitability in various applications within the automotive, roofing, marine, and coachwork industries. It is suitable for sealing and bonding connection joints in cement building boards, ducting, ventilation, and air conditioning installations.

Cure System: Cures by vulcanisation upon exposure to moisture in the atmosphere.
Specific Gravity: Colours: 1.45 – 1.50: Translucent: 1.03-1.07.
Skinning Time: Approx. 15-20 minutes (at 23°C and 50% relative humidity).
Cure Rate: Approx 3mm per 24Hrs (at 23°C and 50% relative humidity). As the joint depth increases, the cure rate will slow down.
Shore ‘A’ Hardness: Approx. 45 - 55 (DIN 53505)
Tensile Strength At Break: 0.6 MPa
Movement Accommodation: ±20%
Application Temp Range: +5°C to +35°C.
Service Temp Range: -40°C to +100°C.
Shelf Life: Minimum 12 months when stored in unopened cartridges under cool, dry conditions.
