The Raimondi TSX is a device that improves ergonomics and postural comfort when installing/handling tiles. Designed for tiles with a maximum weight of 80kg and dimensions up to 1200mm x 1200mm.

It can be used in two ways, as a cart, which allows a single person to manuver tiles with the use of its wheels, or as a lifting system for two people (Without Cart). Using the Raimondi TSX as a two-person lifting system provides greater manoeuvrability & handling thus improving accuracy when installing tiles.

The TSX allows users to pick up tiles directly from the pallet to a maximum height of 500mm. This is possible thanks to its large (250mm x 250mm) battery-operated suction cup with a mousse sealing ring for maximum grip. The suction cup provides excellent grip on any tiles and also works on any non-porous material.

Supplied with the TSX is a Li-Ion rechargeable battery-operated device that generates a vacuum for the suction cup. Close to the handle of the machine is the vacuum generator and release valve which are easy to reach while the product is in use. (Equipt with a vacuum gauge & non-return valve)

Provided with 2 large, solid rubber (anti-puncture) wheels, suitable for rough surfaces.

The TSX also includes protection plates that prevent the suction cup from resting on surfaces that could potentially damage/dirty it while not in use. (Protection plates must be excluded when the product is in use)

Maximum nominal suction cup load capacity 150kg. Safety factor 1.5 applied. Product not recommended for tiles heavier than 80kg.
